  • Advised Pacific LNG Operations of Singapore, as well as its Swiss controlling shareholder, on its over US$ 900 million sale to Oil Search Limited of certain natural gas assets in Papua New Guinea.
     

  • Advised Eastgate Capital on its acquisition of a substantial minority interest in Sigma Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals in Egypt.
     

  • Advised Eastgate Capital on its acquisition of a substantial minority interest in Avendus Financial, a financial services company in India.
     

  • Advised L Capital (the private equity arm of Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) on its acquisition of a significant minority interest in Bateel, a leading Middle East gourmet food retailer and café operator, including arranging a restructuring of Bateel’s operations through a Dubai International Financial Centre holding company.
     

  • Advised Seera Investment Bank on a leveraged acquisition of Kosan Crisplant Holding, a filler and distributor of liquefied propane gas cylinders based in Denmark.
     

  • Advised UPS on its acquisition and control of a United Arab Emirates based partner.
